The delicious drink is known for ages as natural antioxidant, diuretic and energizer gives you a real chance to speed up the flow of liquid (i.e. urine) in your body and cleanse it. How to get ready tea:
- Bring 1 gallon of water to a full boil, remove from heat and add all 16 tea bags.
- Let steep for 10 minutes. Drink hot, warm, or cold.
- After tea is brewed, it can be refrigerated up to 5 days.
2-Hour Quick Use:
- On the day you desire to have clean urine, drink all the tea (1 gallon) on an empty stomach continuously for 2 hours.
- If you are physically uncomfortable, slow down the pace, take as much as 4 hours if needed.
- Take enclosed Vitamin B/Creatine tablets approximately. 1 hour prior to desires time to be clean.
Daily Maintenance:
Drink one cup each morning and before retiring. Drink at work in place of coffee or soft drink.
